No you weren't right. I was. You are getting bad information. A wave mod is just a part of an aperiodic enclosure. Go here for some good easy to understand info http://www.usdaudio.com/tutorials/ap-tut1.php

a Wav Mod was a AP panel that was made and sold by Dynamat several years ago.

So this is the AP panel that ppl put infront of the cone of a sub that's mounted free air? Anyone have pics and where to get? I was interested in the usd AP Mat, but I thought there was a little device that went a long with it - or is that something else? And where can I 'em?
