although i'm looking foreward to the west can finals, i must regretably report that i will not have time to complete my mini spl car in time for the show.

i tried but the work involved will be too much to get it done how i want it done and if i can't get it done right i don't want to bother at all. so maybe (hopefully) next year!

ON ANOTHER NOTE...i also regret to inform you's that the BBQ i was in the early stages of planning will have to be cancelled for after the finals.

i'm sorry and really bummed out about it too, but other commitments came up that i could not back out of. so i will have to hold off until next year OR if we get another event in Calgary before the end of the season i will try to have it after that!

otherwise, see you all at the finals!

I am consistently hitting 138.8.

I have been experimenting with different things to re-achieve my highest score of 139.5 but I can't remember my settings I used to get there. I know exactly what I need to do to reach the 138.8 so I practice in the qualifying and semi's and save the 138.8 for the final.

Not to be too self congratulatory but I have not seen many competitors having top 3 finishes at double header events ie... USACi & DBDrags. So far this year I have not placed worse than 4th in either and lately have been finishing 2nd in both(last 6 comps).

BTW VernaThunder, who are you?

I am Adam's (from Kelowna Visions) girlfriend. I was the one wearing the tight *** black pants and white top on friday night. I didn't enter my car, cuz I would have gotten spanked raw by everyone else, but adam did pretty good.

thanks gang for some positive feedback, i will be in calgary as i will leave langley at 6 and be in calgary by 6am have some beer and whiskey with james and my bro then off to the show!!!
