West Western Canadian Finals

I would like to post some very positive points about this show -

(please just read, I am not wanting to start a debt or complaint fest, I believe everyone has stated their cases)

- Andre's did something NO ONE ELSE has ever done, had a 3X DB Drag and 3X IASCA event, this is a huge cost and is a first in our neck of the woods...

- They flew in IASCA judges from eastern Canada to do the SQ portion...never been done

- They made it a true Canadian Finals by working with IASCA, NEVER been doen before!

- Yes, there format issues, but keep in mind they did this for the COMPETITORS!

- Did you guys know at the World Championships of Car Audio in 2005, the score sheet issue had 26 competitor issues. Some people went from 4th place to 1st...it can only get better, also Andre's was the only store to sponser judges training in Western Canada in the past 10 years...they are trying, respect that

- They had championships belts, once again never been done

- They got a spectualar venue for the show

- The trophies were AWESOME, beautiful cups!!

- It had over 65 competitors!!!! This is huge, even the eastern guys can respect those numbers

- Over half were first time competitors and we had an all female final in Street Stock "B" (mini street)

- Clarion and Bassworx really stepped up in sponsering the trophies!

Who am I? I am the guy who ran the DB Drag and supplied the trophies etc. Everyone knows that Dave and I have not got along in a few years. But when Dave asked me to do this with him, I saw it as the BIGGEST POSITIVE thing to happen in Western Canada in a long time.

Thank you Andre's!

Please, respect my comments...

Mods, please lock and stick for a week fews?
