Whats this?
Good luck XiphOid, from the one picture it looks like a clean suv. I havent seen many one the roads in a long time so not too sure how the prices of parts are to get it in running shape. But it be cool if you can do SPL with it

The motor and drive train should be fine.
Interior and accesories and all wrecked or dying.
Made my first trip to pick a part today and got a new clutch cylinder, window crank and 2 new armrests.
Should be a fun project to tinker with once I move in a house with a garage.

I should add that the last time this motor ran was pre dec 2000.
Thats when it was left abandonded on the road and was seised by the rcmp then bought by the guy I purchased it from.
And it Fired right up even with the old gas!

my mom had one of those when I was in grade 12 , so 89ish ......kinda neat little machine, not much power about 120-130km/hr tops if I remember right.....check for loose bolts all around, it had a nasty habbit of stuff coming loose, front diff almost fell out , my dad found a couple mounting bolts missing and the others all loose
pretty basic machine, carbed fiat motor I think, ours finally died due to a blown head gasket ( I was acused of driving the crap out of it) my dad traded it for a 71 yamaha 440 skidoo
oh yeah my dad used to have a factory shop manual for it too, I'll check with him and see if it's still kicking around or if he gave it away with the truck, they're kinda handy for tune up specs .....
