Where in the GTA could you host a big indoor car show?

i have nothing against the boonies, like i said, anywhere in the GTA or not too far away.

Tragic trust me on this one, when i say there are no competitors west of Hamilton i mean there are none. Do you think they would not come to Toronto to all the shows? or at least one show? The ottawa guys come down all the time. There hasnt been a single competition in areas like London or Windsor in the last 3-4 years.

hey Yuli..
I assume this is with regards to trying to source out a possible venue
for a World Finals location...correct?

one thing to also take into account is the ability to have the vehicles move around and be able to run indoors as well. The majority of these venues probably wouldnt allow it.. thats the only crappy part to it..

do u know of a venue or no? not really looking for "other things to consider" type comments. i think there might have been too many of those flyin around when someone decided not to have a db drag at importfest.

What about the local skating rinks? Would it be large enough? I imagine they would be relatively cheap compared to the big venues.

not sure how willing local skatin rinks would be letting people drive in and out of the building, and while in the building. a skating rink size floor layout wont be enough space.

something similar to international center like you mentioned earlier is more like it.

Brantford Civic Center.

Check it out, Yuli. I have a feeling that an ice rink size for floor space may be too small, but I don't know...

Posted too late. I've been to a Home and Garden show hosted at this venue. You'd probably have to schedule it for when the ice is not in, the off season.
