Well just got home from the Whitby show and I now have 4 competitions under my belt in my first ever year. So far every show I have been to I have brought home a trophy. 1st show - 2nd 129.9 B/R & 2nd st A dbDrag, 2nd show - 2nd st A dbDrag & 3rd 129.9 B/R, 3rd show - 2nd in SQ, today 3rd st A dbDrag, 2nd in SQ, and finally thin I got the hang of 129.9 bassrace with my first ever win. Of course a couple pics of todays goodies, and then the growing collection.

LOL those are the 2nd place medals from the Kjohn show. Thanks bro, bringing home 3 trophies at least softens the blow of smoking a 3 week old set of components. Car full of magic smoke.

Me and my buddy smoked my DLS Nobelium tweeters and the crossovers in his ride with puny 200 watts a side off of bridged 4-channel Focal amp a little while ago, and was not even pushing it. Man, those Nobelium crossovers and tweets are softcore. The mids are holding up great for now. Now kicking it with Seas Neo aluminum tweeters actively with Alpine 701.

The tweeters and xovers seem to have survived just the M/B didn't like doing 65hz at full volume with over 2 1/2 x rated power.

Well, I have Nobelium 6.5" mids. Man, I am full of speakers. Let me know what you want to do, and give me some offers. Maybe we can make a deal, or maybe not, I like this gear too much, will see what happens, either way. Spontenuity is key!!!

Ok nick I really think you need to turn down your front stage when doing bass race, especially with the crazy amount of power your feeding them. This is the second set in what 2 comps? lol
Congrats on the wins! I want to hear it once those MB are replaced, I think lee or bill has a spare set.

LOL wanna lend me yours for the next comp? No worries, BIll says he will take care of me. Yes I know, last week at Selective I remebered to move the fader to the rear which shuts off the front completely. No problems at all. Forgot to do it today. That is the hardest thing I have found trying to do both SQ and SPL is resetting everything after doing SQ.
