Nick.. your bias is showing here...

Murilo did very well with his amps in the Street class so there's no reason why you should say that they can't or won't work unless fed 16v.

Why can't you just daily the amp with 18 volt and a dozen batteries and a couple alts? Alot of people do that already.

really why do you keep hating? im not selling these amps, i didnt say they are the best, just offering people to try it. you want to bring your amazing amp then do it, otherwise I'm begging to loose respect for you, remind me of Wade alot because there is really no point in your argument. you keep brining up things no one even mentioned.

what you are saying sounds dumb especially because every single test of the 1100.1 that we've seen so far was with a million batteries.

good luck in street class? I dunno, Dale did rather well, was louder than SPL INC's four 500.1's.

Dasilva's car managed a 153.2 with one 1100.1 and 1 battery due to the front busbar being disconnected...so, id say its a good amp. I do not agree that the sd amps are bad for street, Murilo proved that! When my rabbit is ready, id like to try the 16k if the offer is available!

I think Dave's car would manage that number with any amp really. not like he's never done a 153.2, cmon now.

but again, no one said AB is a bad amp. Your boy Nick is doing all the bashing.

Oh really? I'm not into braggin but... the loudest score ever in street classes in North America came from 2x 16k, street B, a single 100Ah battery and over 13kW out of both amps. I don't recall seeing anything above 11kW for street B with other amps too. Never had a problem with both amps. Yes yes, it was in a panda, too bad, right?

Actually the less the batteries the BETTER for the amp, (considering it has a PWM power supply) and this goes against what everybody tells you right?

I will say that running big amps in street classes is just like running a race car with only 2 cylinders, and nowadays there is only a handful of nuts who does that (me included).

The amplifiers love that since all current and voltage in the circuit is lower that they are prepared to handle, but what is the point? It is just for a couple classes in an specific organization.

Mr. Dale did that 57.5 with 2x 16kDs starting at 1 ohm each... Was a shame he didnt have the right coils at that finals, otherwise the number would be far more impressive.
