Whoa a new section....

Who uses 45hz or under to burp their spl out?

No beef really but it might turn out to be something because this is one overlooked aspect of loudness not normally used to compare. Example: 155 dB is 155db but if one is at 20hz lower its much more impressive and harder to achieve.

u think it's that much more impressive?

you just need more power and more cone area.

not to take anything away from anyone but doing 150 at any frequency with 10,000 watts and 6 18's is hardly impressive to me.

if you can do 155 from 2 12's in a box from the trunk of a car at 35hz that would be impressive. but a huge wall with subs that have more cone area than the wheels on your car and amount of power that makes more torque than your car's engine is hardly impressive to me, even if it's at 10 hz.

This seems to be the appropriate thread to post this... I don't think it's worthy of a new one. I wanna call out /\/\ike... You win a wakeboard at a comp and now you wanna sell it and make money off it? What gives bro? I can see trades or just giving it away to someone, but selling it?

IIRC, I hit 146.6 with a single 9515 in my cavalier last year at 45hz. 147.7 at 48hz.
nothing great, but OK I suppose for zero effort.
wasn't Clay's blazer hitting mid/high 150s at ~30hz last year? can't really remember

I think it's to pay for all the food/rootbeer he puked up earning the wakeboard....I saw what he had to endure...not pretty.....
