iam sure we can come to an agreement that would make both partys happy.before it gets out of hand.as ive heard from others that luke is not a bad guy,and most of them are sure he would not have sent me a fryed amp.and i didnt hook it up wrong.then this is a shipping issue.the ball is in your court luke......

 

Here is some info for you guy's about shipping your car audio products, I have Soundstream's XXX-18 when I first received my woofer from the donkey's at FED EX it arrived at my door step literally broken ???????????? for people who don't know much about this woofer its a beast and is shipped in a wooden crate, which is 100 plus pounds. When I opened the top which is screwed on, the baffle that the woofer was attached to was broken as well. So when it comes to shipping period, use a respectable company and insure the product. I don't know the circumstance with this particular case but I do know that a person has to go about shipping in a proper manner, if you don't like this happens, then it turns into a complete gong show. I have yet to compete this season because of shipping BS, manufactorer stupidity etc etc. This thread is between you guy's but just respect what I said about how a person gets product from point A to point B even if this IS NOT THE CASE OF WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED and why the amp didn't work when installed ..

 

well considering the amp worked 100 percent when shipped thats not my fault , there is warranty on the amp you can send it back and they will replace the broken part , you acted like a goof not being an but when u call somone 40 times when there at work threatening them thats not really going to get them to want to talk to you , considering its apparantly a small part in the amp that needs to be replaced , i dont see what the issue is , just use the warranty and have it fixed , i dont want to argue or fight with u about the issue any more , i saw your video and thats great your doing 150 , and like steve said shipping is a pain in the ***

 

^^ I agree with steve aswell, based on the fact I have done alot of shopping online! Sometimes there just are issues and no one can do anything about it.
Its like getting in a car accident, the first thing the pops in your head is *uck you @sshole blah blah blah rage rage rage.
I say send the amp in get it fixed FOR FREE and let bs be done. Lukes had a shitty year with accident etc and you had a shitty year with gear issues and w/e.. thats my .02 and wont commment no more
