Would you pay to use a SPL facility?

I am talking about a place where you get access to a mic, room to test and do minor to medium size building? Indoor place located in the GTA. The fees would be minimal, something like $10/hr per car - mic use included along with whatever tools are available.

Anyone who needs space to work on their cars would be welcome, you do not have to be a spl'er. All you guys who wish they had a place to work on their car stereos in the winter or do a small scale custom job, would you be interested in something like this?

well i might have a facility at my disposal which i'd use for storage and some spl, so i was thinking i could provide the ability to test/build to others as well for a minimal fee.

If you or other serious spl guys are going to be there providing help/tips... I'd say it's definitely worth the $10/hr.
