Yeah I just cant afford that much amp right now.
Would a JBL 1200.1 run that sub decent or should I save up my pennies and go bigggggeerrrr?

then for comps you can save up and get a 2nd one to run 1 per coil.
should work out quite well

The only thing is that I got a daul 4 ohm sub. So I might just have to change the coils to something else if I uprade. maybe do a dual 2 ohm so I could drop it down to 1 ohm and run the 2500D but that would be a little much for daily driving... is there a coil configuration that can be set a 1 or 2 ohms? or just 1 and 4, 2 and 8 and so on? What would be an ideal amp for this sub? I wanna look into a new amp but wanna have big wattage and not have to change my coil to satisfy my amps needs...

or as kinslayr said you can find strappable amps. Im looking into a strapping module for my 2500ds right now. Most people say it cant be done but im pretty sure it can.

well Ive got $700 to find an amp online, so you think I should go with the 2500?. I gotta find an amp soooooon. The thing is I want to stick in street A for awhile.
