unfortunately, I remember defending waggy's *** on CA.com a couple of years ago for not shipping gear (IIRC, stetsom 7ks) that a dude south of the border paid for. I got banned for my effort, thread has since been deleted. but echoes can be found on soundpressure etc easily via google.
point being - this isn't his first time in that saddle...seems that karma owes him one, and not the other way around.
looking back at things, perhaps small claims court is the best solution for Luke.

the reason the thread was deleted was bc the guy who bought the amp was HAPPY with the transaction after he received the amp aswell as proof that I had shipped it 2 or 3 weeks prior but was held at the border. He deleted the thread himself smarty pants. Thanks for comin out tho
