I would.

he gets busy on some days, you don't want to drive all this way to find out he can't sort out your car.

Also, if you setup and appointment, he knows what to expect and if you need any modules, relays, or special equipment he'll be ready for you.

at the very least call and see what's up

Never dealt with them myself yet. They come highly recomended by a couple guys, one who is also a member on here BigRedGuy. I am going this Saturday for a Kenwood HU, and Clarion subs. Getting a good deal IMO on some end of year clear out stuff.
