Car alarm: Compustar 2W-SSR problem...

Pager has been working fine. Took the car in for an oil change... and they couldn't get the car alarm to turn off. Not sure what they did, but the alarm no longer works.
- Brain is getting power
- Turning the ignition on + off 5 times makes the lights flash once, then a 3 second pause, then another 2 flashes.
- The pager unit does not communicate with the brain and vice-versa. It refuses to be programmed.
- Battery for the pager unit is fine
Any ideas? Anyone have a Compustar 2W-SSR remote/pager unit who's willing to let me try programming with their remote to see if my remote is dead?
