Compustar PRO9000FMAS remote start not working

Hey guys and gals,
Just finished installing my alarm/remote start and everything works exept the remote start... first off i have learned the tach succesfully. So, i press the start button on my remote and the lights flash to confirm the signal, the relays click, the dash lights go on and the fuel pump truns on for about half a second then all go off... no light flashes no error codes... nothing. what have i done wrong? thanks

-Mitch

P.S the car is a 1989 taurus SHO with a 5 speed.
