There are lots of different units available out there, Viper makes one that ties into their alarms as well as a lot of comppanies like Nero that allow you to integrate it to any alarm. They are all GPS/Cellular based so you could track your vehicle for location (as well as history over the last week if needed), speed, Geofence (if the car moves you get notified) as well as cool features like remote lock/unlock (via cell if you locked the keys in the car) and the ability to activate your starter kill from anywhere. you set up the notifications as well (ie: text message or phone call to your cell) Check around, any good quality shop can point out pro's and con's for you to find the system that works best for you!
