Unit was previously installed when I purchased my 2005 F-350 pickup. Alarm had no previous issues, I went to unlock and disarm the system this morning and had no response. I replaced the key fob battery and still does not deactivate the system. Ended up using key to open doors and had to push the hidden button under dash to turn system off. Can anyone tell me what system this is so I can possibly find out some more information on it. Thank you very much
