You can create new posts, however you cannot reply to threads. You can use the private message feature.

 

When will the restriction be lifted, what hoops do I need to jmup through?

 

It won't be.... we've made it so you can't reply in the classifieds.

It's not just a restriction placed on you, no one can do it.
