Cool For Sale Section - Titles Frozen In Time

Is there any particular reason why the title chosen with the original thread is "Frozen In Time" ...

I'm selling an item for $160 but I recently dropped the price to $120. I was able to edit the original thread, which is appreciated, but even after editing the title, it did not change the name that other users / purchasers will see.

Therefore, no one will see the price unless they enter the thread, to see the UPDATED price.
Not to mention, the entire phrase is locked in, so even though I'm not calling it that now ... it's still stuck on that.

If this could be unfrozen, that would be appreciated. Most people browse the site by titles, I don't see any reason as to why my price has to be frozen on something I've since changed.
Thank you.

Yes, no, maybe so?

Going to look into this issue? Not going to bother and that's how it is?

I'm looking for a solution to this problem.

I don't want the site admins to have issue with me, when I close my thread and open a new one (exactly the same) with the new price, listed in the thread title.
I'm sorry, but that's important. People don't spend hours on this website and just browse titles, they don't enter every thread. Heck, I definitely don't so why would anyone else.

Can this problem be fixed?

So I'll just go ahead and PM admins then, that's the correct thing to do here?

If it's a huge deal PM the admins or one of the mods in the section... I used to do small stuff like that for people all the time so you'd probably be ok

I already noticed the change ... ty.

However, I'm trying to use the appropriate section on the site for site suggestions/feedback/help, yet no one has come to the rescue.

So, when I fill up inboxes, I just don't want any mod to complain. Ever.

The end.

Reality is if every user who wanted to change something in their ad sent me a PM, I wouldn't be able to respond to them all.

If your ad has changed, delete it and make a new one.

Okay, but the problem still hasn't been addressed.

I just wanted a response as to whether or not you guys were aware that titles cannot be changed once the ad is up, such as updating the price in the title.
I'd say having this ability is "the norm" so I was shocked to see it not available here.

Hence, this thread.

It's been well known that you can't chage subject titles here.... and it's not just the FS section
