i see on one in the west uses the calendar, i know because i look at it !

do know the one who posted the shows in the west did get band and i do not need to get into it
befor you close can you PM them ask to place the info in the calendar with all info in it
if you post something and try to come back to it to find it is not there ,it just pisses us off if we do not know why it is gone

So why cant we have threads like "Who is attending The May 5th show in Edmonton"? Why do these get deleted?
I dont see why you would think some shop may be getting free advertising, like OMFG!!!
The sport is lacking because not enough people know about shows and, how are we suppost to promote them by a mere calender date?

so you're allowed to say when the show is and what city...just not what shop is putting it on because thats advertising and the shop could possibly make a few dollars off of it.
Unless the shop sponsors this site. Then throw their banner everywhere you can.
Locking threads with "advertising" or that contain any two differing points makes people leave this forum and go to other ones that are moderated less like a prison.
Honestly....posting a shows details in the forum where people actually look at not the calendar being considered advertising is just ridiculous.

Then CCA wont let use post WHO or WHERE. How the hell do people find their way to the show. OK im going to the show all i know is it is on May 5th, and in the area of Edmonton, i guess it shouldnt be to hard to find, i mean Edmonton is only a small city and the roads are so simple to navigate....Ya OK...
I dont get why the people of this forum cant be well informed of up comming shows in their area. What kind of advertizing is the show will be at FX Audio anyway? I mean once the people are there they will be standing in front of the store anyway. Im sure Smartass isnt going to lose any sounddrownz sales because we posted that FX Audio is having a show in Edmonton. Give me a break!!! I think the mods in this forum and the owner need to losen their dictatorship like grip on this forum so that the people who make the industry what it is, and keep it strong can continue to support the sport of car audio competition in general. From this everyone wins, why is that bad?
