I don't see how that can help your situation. I used to be camera shy in high school, and then I trained myself to get used to them...they aren't gonna go away. The job I have worked for over 2 years didn't need me to dress for the public, so I just come to work with undone hair and I have lost quite a bit of the self-consciousness over time.
