10,000 watts = how many batterys

I have searched the net and could find nothing. I have started to make the necessary changes in my car to hold more batteries safely and still hold 4 passengers in a SUV. How many optima D34/78 batteries do you recommend? Currently I have one under the hood and one in the back. I do not want to change what I have, just add to it. This is a daily pounder in the 150 club.
Thanks CCA

god honest, i wouldn't go with less than 6 in the rear, giving you a total of 7.

you may get away with 5 in the rear if you have a good alternator and an MLA module allowing you to charge above 15v

unless they are 16v dont expect more than 6000w outta those amps. That can easily be done with 1 2150 or nsb90 on burps. But you should get like 10 16v batteries for real power

you would need 4 nsb90's to make close to full musical power

you were only using 2 2150's correct? i only think 4 would be a benefit if your alternator makes good output, but just 2 seemed to work very well in your van

... probably depends on how you use it , a 3 second burp or a 3 minute pounding. I would let my voltage be my guide
