Smile Alpine authorized service needed

In Toronto

I have an Alpine 7995 deadhead, and it would not eject the disc. Some say it is an alignment issue, but i would like to take it to an authorized service center for an "educated guess".
North York area preferred.

Thanks
Ben

Wasn't hard to find on the alpine site. Alpine site also has diagnosing instructions, and mailing instuctions if you want to send it in for service.

I went there back when my 9855 was new and the tilt wouldn't work. They showed me a similar unit and how the mounting bracket could distort the frame and stop the tilt from working.
I took a file to my plastic mount making more room for the frame and my tilt has worked perfect ever since.

Anyway, they will not remove or even go outside to look at your problem. You have to un-install and take the unit into the store.

I'm going to take in my 12 pack, it gets stuck on a disc once in a while.
