Best overall battery < 800cu in
Between Oddessy, Kinetik and Powermaster.
Oddessy seems to be the only battery I can find in my area(Barrie/Owensound)
While looking at them and calculating Cu in, it seems there isn't one right close to 800cuin. More like mid 600s or over 800. Maybe I', wrong??
What battery made by one of these 3 companies is closest to the 800 cu in limit? And do you know where to get one in Ontario?

Really?? I checked out the Oddessy site and according to their specs..
the 31-pc2150..is 13.00 L, 6.80 W , 9.41 H ..
Unless I'm calculating wrong, that's 832.844 cu in total..
the other 31M-2150 is slightly larger. Is there another 2150 also?
Got the specs here ..
http://www.odysseyfactory.com/battspecs.html
I know ppl are using 2150's in comps, so why don't the measurments add up for to 753 for me
Weird
Think I'll skip the $1000 Cactus...ouch

Measurements on that list must include some extra overall height for the posts??
Then it would be about the size you stated DS.
Anyway, right on guys , thanks. Was leaning that way
If Stinger would just lower their prices!! Yes, I'm a brand for them

For the odyssey 2150 measurement include the posts. There is a measurement that shows for the posts... if you remove the posts and go by actual batt size its 753cuin, very much legal.
NSB 90 and Odyssey 2150 are the top 800cuin batts, the cactus batt is the best... then NSB/odyssey.

Right on guys. I found 2 places in Barrie that sell Odessey. Just need to check prices and save a few more pennies.
As of now the charging system goes like this--
up front - stock 125ho alt - stock 4 year old battery - 0 awg to rear dist. bock
in back- kinetik 600 / stinger 5 farad hybrid cap
The highs amp runs off the front battery, the first sub amp runs off the kinetik and the second sub amp runs off the hybrid cap. We found that running them inline lost us SPL, so we split them up.
Sub amps do about 800 wrms each
So what would be the best setup with the new battery you think?
Replace the original one?
Replace the cap and Kinetik in back?
Add the battery before the cap and kinetik?
Other?
Right now I'm looking for the most power on the street, competition rules need not apply. I'll rewire for comps if needed.
