Best way to fix a speaker surround
Has it lifted or is it punctured??
In either case I have always used GOOP. Purple squeeze tube you can get at Crappy Tire. Shoe Goo is also the same.
If it is lifted be sure to rough up the area on the basket so the glue has something to bite into. and leave it overnight to harden.

I'll try that, It must be safe for rubber? These are expensive speakers and I don't want to ruin them
Yep. Just read the tubes until you find one that has a high value with rubber/foam it will be safe to use.
Although I'm fairly certain all types of PL are non-corrosive. It's construction grade so it has an absurd amount of uses so if it's eating the stuff it's bonding that'd be extremely counter productive.
