you should not need the big 3 just do the install u will know after you have the system up and going my buddy went from a yellow top to a kinetik to his system to fix his power shortage and it really seems to be working my suggestion would be dont get it done at a shop either do it yourself or find an individual person/intaller to do it will be much cheaper and work quality would be better and it would make sense to run 0 guage and then distribute it to 4 guage with distribution blocks because the last thing you wanna do is upgrade your system and then have to rewire your car because u need 0 guage now and u only wired it with 4 to start so stick to 0 and 2 distribution blocks

And why are we doing 1/0 AWG? 4 AWG would make plenty sense for most installs between 1000-1900W. I'd bump to 1/0 after 2000W just because of the increased load
The way I see it, the cost difference from 4ga to 0ga is going to be pretty marginal, maybe $50. Plus then you get the big 0ga bling-yo

I did it on a skyline GTR 90. Actually I did a big 4 ( I added ground from the alt to the battery).

On Idle, I got around 1.7 volt more !!!!! this is awsome.
When riding at 3k, i got about .5 .7 volt!
