Cerwin Vega V-max?

Ok, i'm looking into this speaker as a viable option (They are pretty decently priced and they look good, big bonus!) but I have a question.

In the owners manual it says it only needs 1.0 cubic feet for a ported box. Is this a typo? I thought that was pretty damn small for a 12" with alot of movment.

Ohh, I was looking at the 12.2

It says .7 cubic feet. It seems really small to me.

Back when the v-max series first came out, I ran them for a season on the circuit. I had the best results with 2.2 cube each i think (its been a while). best way is to try it for yourself. Good sub overall, only problem was the surround kept coming unglued. But thats what warranty is for. Great bang for the buck.
