Dimming lights and computer resets

i know this is solved but this was a clear case of a dying battery. everytime your car computer resets on it's own 95% of the time it's because of a dying battery.

I am glad you have such a good experience with the Red Top, however, by design, you're not supposed to drain them out, and expect no concequences, Yellow Top is though. That is the major difference between the two.

I'm sorry I may not have been clear, the battery isn't dead, just wasn't powerful enough to run my system by itself. As it turns out I wouldn't have had to swap batteries after this power cell was installed but I had a new battery laying around and needed to get the weak one tested. It's currently running my sisters car that only has factory requirements. I could have just bought a YellowTop battery but this power cell was cheaper and has the same effect, if not better amp output.
