I was looking around youtube a few days ago when I came upon a video named "tremendous bass" which featured a guy [Steve Meade] in his 01 tahoe. Impressed, I checked his setup out for what he used and he has (2) 315+ amp alternators made by this "Dominick Iraggi" guy, which is probably from the US.

I take it he does good alternators, but can't find any info on it. I'm in need of a 250 amp alt and have no clue whatsoever which brand > the competition.

Can anyone point me in a direction?

for the facts, I'll have around 3000watts total going to my setup, plus a rediculous amount of accessories in my car (ie: digital dash, heat/ac, defrosters, ipod, deck, etc)

last I saw Meade had 4 alts in the Hoe 3 350s and 1 250 or something like that, the 250 because it put out amperage at idle, where as the 350s I guess suck at idle.

 

got me an Ohio generator 220amp, straight bolt in. Check em out
