DUAL KICKER CUSTOM BOX :( (AMP GOES OFF after 1 mont use)

Hey guys totally knew to sound system, Just wanna say Wasup to yall , thank in advance for all help and any help offered!

Issue is my sub system
Consist of
2 x L5 12" 1200RMS in a custom 32 herzt 5.2 cb box (Wires at 2 ohms parallel)
power by a Visonik V900XD (at 14.4 @ 2 ohms does 1000watt RMS)
Using 4 AWG power wire fuses with a 150AMP ANL fuse
Ground is 0 gauge grinded and bolted to the chassi.
Gain of the EQ level is MID (between o and 18) and GAIN is MID also

For 2 months it been running perfect and now it turn off ramdomly at low volumes(sumtimes) and it def turn off when it just about to HIT HARD

I went to auto zone part they told me i had Multiple Ripples? when they tested out my battery and alt,(not sure what that means leaking voltage)

and then i tested by ma self all my wires
14.38 at the battery , 14.38 at fuse , then 14.00 at the back where the amp is.

there a 0.04 ohm resistance between the ground and chassi.

The amp would thump and then slowly fade dead, AND the voltage at the amp terminal would be at 2volts!

What i dont get is why does my DMM read 2 volts only went the amp turns off , the protection LED dont turn on , it just dims and dies!

Anyone have any suggestion i already gridded the spot where i bolted down.

ground problem?
battery issue?(multiple ripples reported by auto part store)
dead amp?
need to upgrade the cable to 0 and do a big 3?

Help out guys!
thank you!
Shawno!

properly mount your amp somewhere.
then disconnect everything, and reconnect it.
if the problem still occurs, your amp might be blown.

LoL Dont we all seem surprise. well first i remove the back seat.
the box measure 13 height, 33 wide and 28 inch depth
the perfect fit , if u remove the back seat braces and chop some of the metal that hold the seat brace not a safety issue had to remove the narrow curvy edge making it into a a nice 90 degree side the box slip in like a glove.

If you have 2v at the amp +12v and GDN terminals, then it's definitely a wiring issue.

When it happen try to trace back and found where you get your 12v back, my guess is the fuse holder or the battery terminal.

Definitely get the amp mounted properly...... there is no way in the world for it to cool the way it is mounted now and you will be lucky if you have not melted something internally.

trust me i have never thump the system loud without feeling the heat and checking if it getting hot or not. and it alwayz had stayed warm and i open it and did a run tru of all component no swollen caps no burn resistor i just order a H.O alt and 0 gauge from a friend so let see if giving it all the power it need will fix my problem

my friend was telling me maybe the 4 gauge melted somewhere and must be causing the problem. so when it suck a huge AMP Load it ark wid the metal or something...

check your remote turn on lead at the deck, when the amp shuts down see where the voltage is at on the remote lead. If you have zero voltage the output on your deck could have issues. Check the remote wire for continuity also.
