Last week, my head unit cut out while listening to music. The next day, I checked behind the unit, and the ground wire was disconnected. I reconnected it, but it still does not power on. The fuse is ok on the device itself and in the fuse box. Is it just dead?

 

Is this a factory head unit or an aftermarket head unit?
