HELP Figuring Out Which Lead is (-) and (+)

I have this question that I cant seem to find and answer anywhere.. I want to power my components with my deck since it does output 35 wrms x 4 but My front speaker leads for left and right are unmarked, and I'm trying to figure out which is negaive and which wire is positive .

Cuz I would hate to wire it wrong on my components Crossover. Im sure the crossover is less tolerant to polarity as a speaker would be.

Anybody can help me?.. I want to figure out the poles with a DMM, but I get the same voltage on each wire, when the dmm ground lead is grounded on the body.. makes no sense, and I'm not going to connect it until I know for sure whats safe for my components crossover !..
Help!!!

I've never heard of a deck that does 35x4 so I'd hate to mislead, can you not find schematics of the harness or pin-out of the deck somewhere?

Yea, One black, white, green and blue, and those are the colors I used to extend them.... Anyways, I guess I'll just have to take my deck out once more, and take the wiring harness out and solder some extensions for the front speakers..

OOHHH and happy thanks giving, Hope you guys and gals ate for the whole winter !

Lightbulb

For your Cutlas?

Front left is:
Tan +
Grey -

Front right is:
Light Green +
Dark Green -

And FWIW I have never seen a deck put out 35rms x 4. Go find an amp with that kind of power - it will be larger than a deck...

Panasonic cq-c9701u

# RMS Power: 35W x 4
# Peak Power: 70W x 4

Anyways, I'm currently giving my comps 111rms each, I just want to give my sub more power, because I know My deck can probably make those comps shine just as much as they are now.
