I wanna maxamize my amps and have them run @ 14.4 volts, how do i do this, or what parts to do i need ?

 

well most cars generally run @ 13.8 volts, some however charge constantly @ 14.1volts(mitsu's do) To achieve 14.4 I am not 100% how,

 

well here is the reason why need more power, i just got GT0 120.1 II X 2,
i still have my org bat and alt. each amp draws about 120 amps at full load , so now im up to 240amps. that leaves 60amps give or take to run the rest of the car. shhttt. i sould have thought this out before i bought them i guess.
I orderd my new alt today and its commin in like 4-6 weeks, its a 300amp. Could i run extra batt of this ?

 

you can run two alts if you need to

 

i have no room tho, a black man with no a/c. U MUST BE NUTS!!!! Every alt place told me to take out the a/c, gave them all the my peace sign _|_ and have a nice day!

 

try doing big 3 with 1/0 welding cable, and upgrading both alt/batt if you havn't already done so

well..... if you want 14.4V without the car running. the Accuvolt might be just what you need..Accuvolt info Otherwise..... its up to the alternator with the car running or a combination of batt... 6V+8V. but you have to figure a way to charge them correctly.

 

Variable voltage regulator is kinda out of the price range. Any local shop willing to do the big 3 on my truck pm me Please

 

if gates can get 14 alts in her set up you can get 2 in there
