how to run my subs ? (help)

I would go with a 2 channel amp that can handle 2 ohms stereo. Another option would be to run both subs into 4 ohms on a mono block amp, or find an amp that can handle 1 ohm. I wouldn't run them at 1 ohm though. Or, if you have the spare cash, get an amp for each sub.
If it was me, I'd find a good 2 channel class A/B amp
if you want to stick with kicker, I would suggest the ZX550.2 or ZX850.2. Or you could also go with the SX900.2 or SX600.2
They also have a few good mono blocks that crank out a fair bit of power at 4 ohms, but they will probably cost more.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm trying to get a Polk Audio MoMo system going. I hope the subs and comps sound great together, if only they made decent amps.
