HPF/LPF not working?

HPF/LPF not working?

i think the HPF and LPF are ****ed on this kenwood amp that i bought.. can anyone tell me how i could test it for sure..


seems as if the lpf would not adjust when i have everything on my deck flat.

Feed the amp a full range signal and run it to a full range speaker, or a subwoofer.

Flip it onto HPF. The bass should disappear - how much depends on the frequency setting.

Flip it onto LPF. The highs should disappear - how much depends on the frequency setting.
