I bought the above secondhand and fitted it myself as everything was plug and play as I have a vw passat 56 plate and this was a vw stereo. So after fitting switched on all OK sat nav works cd player works dab radio works phone works but the USB and the sd card they do work but when u switch on the car if its usb with mp3 songs on it or I tried the sd card as well with mp3 songs on it it plays the song pauses for a second then plays for 2 seconds then pauses for a second this goes on for about 3min then sorts it's self out but if u stop at a shop or anywhere and switch car of when u xd back and start it up this problem starts all over again has anyone had this problem or is it faulty.

can't help with that, sounds like a corrupt VRAM as both the SD and the USB are pretty slow loading. Just try and put a custom background on your deck, it takes about 3 minutes for the USB to read 100 pics! Where are you from? I got a DNX570HD and it didnt come with a uSD with the maps on it. Can I message you on this?
