Lanzar 5.0 Farad Capicitor
wondering if anyone know why the lights on my new Lanzar cap dont shut off after i turn off the ingnition. they have been on for over an hour now with the truck off and no major power being used (only LED for alarm). i charged it acording to the manual and connected it properly. when i check voltage at the cap while the truck is running i get the same 13.9VDC that i get at the battery but the readout says .1 . it was working at the start then went crazy reading out 13.3, 17.8, 19.0, .2 and everything in between.
any thoughts?
also there is a switch/dial inside the top cap (cant remember what they are called but it needs a small screw driver to turn it (like a gain switch) up or down but the manual doesnt say what it is for.
The cap is a Lanzar 5.0 Optidrive oval 24VDC capacitor with LED voltmeter and 2 neon lights.
