Need help fixing sub noise

My subs hit if you tap the front of the car deck or if driving bumpy road, if you push up under the corner of the deck and hold the noise stops. Is this a bad ground on deck, it's an Alpine installed by store. What could be going on?
Thanks for any help

loose connectors.
If its anything like my alpine, its really hard to get all 6 rcas in and get the deck to fit into the dash.
Mine have right angle RCA adaptors.

But, since it was installed by professionals, go back and get them to fix it!!!!!

Thanks for input. Deck was installed long ago. I was the one who changed the RCA's. All I have are sub outs plugged in. I knew about space issues and possible rca's comming loose so I closed the ends a bit and put them in deck good. This is the third set I've tried thinking it was rca's but I don't see how all three could of come loose the same way. I don't know what issues a bad ground at deck would cause but I only mention it cause original install at Futureshop made a mess of my wires, only notice years later when I decide to upgrade so Im thinking they didn't ground properly or a wire came undone or cut and is touching metal. I don't know but I do know I made sure rca were plugged in properly. I only noticed this problem within the last year and nothing has change in my setup so could it even be just something internaly with the deck and I need a new one?
