Parallel Sub problem

I've got two 12" premier's in parallel running 1000 watts each @ 1 ohm

while playing Lil Flip - Game Over something happened between the end of the song and the beginning of the next, because when I got home I played a song and the left sub didn't have as much excursion as the right sub. I checked the wiring it is all snug, i even pressed down on the sub's cone and there are no "scratching" sounds... what else could it be?

check the resistance on the subs terminals. Ive seen tinsel leads have bad connections. sometimes you have to move the cone to find a bad position for the leads. If that doen't help if your running then on separate channels or amps switch the inputs to the subs to see if its a signal/gain problem. If the left sub now has more excursion then the right its a signal/gain issue. if not there are more tests. could even be a leak in the box of the right sub

wierd, yeah I've switched around the connections on the amp, and still its the same. I have no issue with the box, but I will double check it. I think it may be the wiring on the leads like you said, well I hope so anyways because they are only a few months old
