Hello everyone!
I have the above mentioned head unit and the screen will not open. I hit the physical EJECT button, then the touch screen DISC OPEN icon and nothing happens. It doesn't make any kind of sound like it tries at all, just silence and nothing. The two screen tilt level icons to the right are not lit up, they are both shaded.

Any ideas? I've updated the firmware and reset the unit. The gentlemen I bought the unit from tells me it worked fine.
