Please help !! SUBWOOFERS are going crazy

First thanks for any help!

I have a really complicated question.... I completed my stereo on Tuesday of last week. I have been playing it everyday since until yesterday when I got out of work.

I turned on the radio and started to turn up the volume and out of the blue my subs went crazy slapping loud. I removed the deck/turned off the car and it continued for about 20 seconds. What should I do?

checked all grounds
replaced rca's
checked voltage ( car off 12.8 / car on 14.2 idle ) at all amps

Turned on car again and same thing happened.... No protection mode.

Lost on what else to do.

Could it just be 1 amp?? Since it is slapping it looks like all of them are doing it?

Just a little information on my stereo.

Did you check the volume on the sub amps?

Check the grounds on the RCAs from the head unit to the first sub amp , Im assuming your looping out of one sub amp to another. Make sure the RCA cables aren't pinched on something.
