Subs going crazy!!

Hey guys, I recently bought a rockford fosgate box with two RF R1's in it. It has a JL Audio G1300 amp mounted on the back and i decided to throw it in my 96 blazer. It worked for two days, then started going nuts!! I have had an alpine head unit in this thing for a couple years and have had no trouble with it. I went and got the cheap scosche wiring kit(this may be a contributing issue) to install the new box with. Im fairly confident in my ground i ran it to a bolt in these floor mount/bracket things in the back. I ran my amp power under the carpet on the passenger side, and through the firewall beside what i think was an antenna wire hole in the floor right under the glovebox. It ended up within about 2 inches of the exhaust manifold however its behind the "heat blanket" I read this would be ok? Any way i also ran my rca's and remote in the same spot then snaked them up through the underside of the dash. My remote wire got tied to the existing ignition wire on the radio. I plugged my rca's in buttoned up the dash bahdah bing bahdah boom i've got a nice system for two days. I then go the start it the third day and the it starts blaring as soon as i turn the key over as well as dimming all the lights on the electrical system. I fiddled with the filters, the bass boost, swapping the rca's, adjusting bass levels in the head unit, i tried everything that i could think might be a quick fix. results were random and would sometimes fix the problem for a few seconds. I then turned on some music, and it would play the correct bass, just 3 or 4 times louder than what it should be putting out. It would also play some of the higher frequency sounds and was putting out the alternator whine. I tried music through my usb port, i tried a cd, i tried bluetooth music through my phone, all very loud muffled and whiney. Im extremely frustrated at this situation, and im also a first timer if you havent figure out already. If there are any veterans out there that may have some insight it would be great. If you have any other questions i would be happy to answer them. Thanks. (Also, my blazer has been doing this weird thing where ill turn the key, and nothing will happen, ill shake in my seat and then everything kicks on sometimes, but other times it wont. and sometimes i wont shake at all and it will turn on, and then back off. Its like theres a loose battery cable or something but i checked that and they were both tight.) Its a really screwy situation.
