Subs not working

Subs not working
So here is the thing. My subs stopped working completely. There is power to the amp and it is connected properly
My front speakers are working but when I turn the volume down it stops playing or "struggles" to play. It seems as if not enough power is getting to the amps
Well my cap has a battery meter on it and its currently reading 5.9-6.0V
I have a second battery in the trunk running my stereo setup connected to the primary battery via some sort of connector - the name of it escapes me at the moment
Could it be that the battery is not fully charged? Should I just get the battery charged? My trickle charger is in Canada and I have a friend bringing it to me here in Chicago next week
Just looking at my options now. Thanks

Yes I believe it's called a battery isolator. It's currently under my hood
I think the battery is not charging correctly. As a quick fix, I'll get a trickle charger and bring it back up to proper voltage
When I'm back in Toronto I'll get it looked at properly
