yeah i seen that i geuss thats gonna be the best way just does not seem like i am getting alot of bass out of it do the subs wear out? i have had the for 3 years plus they were a demo pair could it be time to replace the subs? they sound realy good but just not alot there

That amp should make more than enough power the way that you have it wired for those subs. It will not run at 1 or 1.5ohm's, you will kill the amp trying to run it that way. That amp consists of (2) 500D's internally already bridged together and is already seeing half of your load on each amp. I would be more inclined to say that your enclosure needs to be looked at? Is it sealed or ported and how much air space does it have?

yeah i have tried both the recomended sealed and ported boxes for the subs i liked the sealed better i just ordered a box that fits under the seat in my new dodge ram quad cab it has 1.3 cu ft its short by .1 is it possable that i may need new subs?
