Happy New year.
I have a tu1000c I got used and it needs a recap.
I notice the relay is jumpered and I'm not sure what this relay does.
Could this be a factory tech bulliten or something that was done and should not be undone?
I assume its a soft-start maybe for the B+?

Also this speaker block is cracked on R+ and someone soldered it.
Where can I find a replacement?
