WTB a head unit comparable to the Alpine DVA-9965
I am not looking to take a step back in sound quality.

My budget will vary depending on the product offered.

 

Does it have to play video's? I have a Pioneer 880 PRS deck for sale. $350.00 in great condition!

ideally no internal amplifier, strong preouts, ...basically best SQ possible.

don't need any video, nav/gps, bluetooth, ipod controls etc.

possibly Alpine DVA-9965, Clarion DRZ-9255, Eclipse CD7200 MKII etc.
