WTB: 12" subwoofer

I am looking to buy a 12inch subwoofer to be used as a single 12 setup, looking for the sub to be in Great - Like new condition and can handle between 300-400 watts RMS Dual 2ohm or single 4ohm and has decent Sq. Budget is: $100 Shipped. Let me know what you have.
