WTB: Head Unit (Nakamichi, Denon, Alpine, Eclipse) and 6.5" Component Speakers

Here is what I am looking for:

Head Unit:
Looking for a quality no-frills head unit with pre-outs and an RCA AUX input. An Ampless unit would be great. I would prefer it to be basic OEM looking as this is going to be installed in a convertible. A Nakamichi CD-45z or something similar would be ideal. Looking to spend around $150 or $200 for something special.

Speakers:
Looking for a pair of 6.5" component speakers. Some brands I have in mind are Focal, Morel, MB Quart, Boston Acoustics, Diamond Audio, ect. I am looking to spend around $100-$150 for the set.

Please let me know what you have.
I am located in the Oshawa area.

Thanks!
