Looking for mounting hardware/feet for PA-2002 amp. Any feet form the PA-2001, PA-2004, PA-1004 etc. line should work.

Also, looking for users' manuals for PA-2002 and PA-2004 amps - photocopied, scanned just fine.

I contacted Nakamichi by email for these items (our "rep" is now in Singapore?), looking to pay for them. The mounting hardware/feet were very reasonably priced at $18 but they wanted $55 to ship them?! They ignored my requests for the users' manuals for both of these.
