I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but in general its best to put forth a little effort first. Go find your sub specs, then go to one of the many online calculators and play around.
Once you get something done there are many people here that would offer you suggestions or corrections to optimize it.
Cheers

Well, at least post the model number, then we can go find the parameters of the sub.
Then you have to decide whether you want a ported box, or a sealed box. They do different things and normally a sub will perform better in one than the other...some reading for you
Then let us know how much power you are putting to it (amplifier make & model).

Take the sub out of the enclosure so you can tell us what the model number is. Then we can go from there. There are a few design elements that are critical when trying to match subs up to an amplifier. You need to know the RMS rating, and whether they are single or dual voice coil, and what the impedance of those coils are.
At least determine the model number of the actual woofer, and we'll go from there.
The box doesn't mean too much right now. If you're grossly under-powering the sub with that amp, the box isn't going to help make it sound any better.
